Kansas City Polyjacking Company

Polyjacking, also known as “mudjacking,” is a process used to level sinking driveways, sidewalks, and concrete slabs. We use polyjacking to lift and stabilize concrete areas around homes and commercial buildings, and would be happy to evaluate your concrete to determine if polyjacking is the best solution for your project. No matter the severity of the problem, KC Pro is your go-to company for concrete repair and replacement services.

When the soil beneath driveways, sidewalks, and walkways shifts, the concrete can begin to “sink”. When this happens, you’re left with uneven concrete that isn’t just an eyesore – it’s a safety problem, and fixing it is crucial to maintaining a safe living environment. Elderly adults and children can easily harm themselves, so its best to repair sinking concrete as soon as possible.

Polyjacking works for any situations involving concrete slabs. Often the problem is that there may be a void underneath the area. This void is the cause of the common “sinking” problem. By filling the void with our concrete grout mix we can raise the slab back to its designated elevation. Whether you need a sidewalk, driveway, or deck lifted, we’re here to help.

How Does Polyjacking Work?

KC Pro will drill 2-inch holes into the concrete slabs as needed. A mixture of portland cement, pulverized top soil and water is then pumped into the holes to fill the voids and lift the concrete. Once the concrete is filled or raised, the holes will be filled with concrete. Most concrete repairs can be completed in less than a day.

Why Use Mudjacking?

With polyjacking there is no need to replace expensive landscaping or concrete. On average, mudjacking is 25% less than the expense of concrete replacement. If the concrete is not badly damaged, there is no reason to replace it.
